Explanations and internship application documents for our faculty students who will apply for internship are given below.
Internship application forms will be signed by our faculty to the Department Internship Commissions after submission.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR REMOTE (On-line) INTERNSHIPS
The duration of each internship in the curriculum of the departments of our faculty is 20 (twenty) working days. Only 1 (one) internship can be done in the summer semester each year.
***Students who have successfully completed all their courses by the end of the Spring Semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year and only need to do two internships in order to graduate will be able to do two internships, on-line and face-to-face, if the department internship commission accepts.
***External evaluation will not be taken.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP
Internship Scorecard Form (Face to Face August 2023)
Internship Scorecard Form (Remote July 2023)
* Do not make any changes to the Scorecard Forms (such as Date, Time),
* Since internships are limited to 20 days, no more or less than 20 working days will be marked on the scorecards,
* The SCORING Form will be filled in completely on the computer (it will not be filled in by hand),
* Authorized stamp signatures: Wet signature blue pen will be used,
* The originals of the Scorecard Forms must be delivered to our Faculty by hand or by cargo within 3 days following the end date of the internship,
* If the scorecard forms are not submitted within the deadline, your internship will be invalidated.
